Toko-Net was founded in June 2015 by groups and government bodies in Toshima Ward that run free learning support and other activities for children.
We aim to provide places where children can spend time safely and happily, and to expand free learning support and child-support activities across Toshima Ward so that every child has the opportunity to learn regardless of their circumstances.
