About Toshima Children's Learning Support Network (Toko-Net)
Toshima Children's Learning Support Network (Toko-Net) was formed in“Let's learn together! Let's connect with everyone!”by groups and government bodies in Toshima Ward that run free learning support and other child-focused activities, gathering around the sloganJune 2015.
Aiming to create places where children can spend time safely and happily, we work to expand the network of free learning support and child-support activities across Toshima Ward.
Today, 24 groups participate, supporting children from elementary through high school at every learning level. In addition to academic guidance, they also offer safe spaces and light meals, supporting children's overall growth.

Our mission is to build, together as a community, an environment where every child can learn with peace of mind.
